🔐 Strict UjoDent Laboratory Terms & Guidelines
Our work is governed by the following strict terms and conditions, in alignment with Indian legal and health frameworks:
🔹 Material Authenticity
Only certified, branded dental materials are used (e.g., 3M, Ivoclar, Dentsply Sirona, Shofu, Vita). All batches are traceable.
🔹 Case Acceptance & Documentation
Every dental case submitted must include:
- Patient consent (as per clinic)
- Prescription from a qualified dental surgeon
- Accurate impressions or digital scans
- Shade and prosthetic details
🔹 Turnaround Time & Delivery
Average TAT:
- Crowns: 3–5 working days
- Dentures: 4–7 working days
- Aligners: 7–10 working days
Emergency/express delivery is subject to material and schedule availability.
🔹 Sterilization Protocol
All incoming impressions are disinfected using EPA-approved protocols, following CDC & MoHFW guidelines.
🔹 Rework & Warranty Policy
- Most fixed prosthetics come with 5–7 year warranty (based on material)
- Reworks accepted only in clinical justifiable cases
- No warranty on removable or patient-damaged appliances
🔹 Data Privacy & Digital Storage
All digital scans and patient data are stored on encrypted, HIPAA-compliant servers, in line with India’s upcoming Digital Personal Data Protection Act.
