✅ 1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using www.ujodent.in (“the Website”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“T&C”). These terms apply to all services, content, and communications associated with Ujodent Laboratory, and are meant for licensed dental professionals only.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this website or our services.

👩‍⚕️ 2. Dentist-Exclusive Use

All services offered through ujodent.in are strictly for:

  • Registered dentists with valid Dental Council of India (DCI) license
  • Clinics or hospitals legally permitted to practice dentistry
  • Institutions or government departments affiliated with oral health

Patients or general public cannot directly order or request lab work from Ujodent.

🔐 3. Privacy & Data Handling

All personal and clinical information submitted is handled under our Privacy Policy and in line with:

  • Indian Medical Council regulations
  • The Information Technology Act, 2000
  • Clinical confidentiality protocols

Uploaded case files (e.g., STL, photos, prescriptions) are treated as confidential medical documents and used solely for fabrication purposes.

⚙️ 4. Lab Services Provided

Ujodent Laboratory offers fabrication of:

  • Crowns, bridges, veneers
  • Flexible and acrylic dentures
  • Implant-supported prosthesis
  • CAD/CAM zirconia and ceramic units
  • Cast partials, bite splints, and custom trays

All lab work is performed using advanced machines, verified raw materials, and under supervision of trained dental technicians.

All prosthetics are custom-made based on the prescription and impression received from the dentist.

💰 5. Payment Terms

  • Prices quoted are exclusive of GST (unless specified).
  • Payments must be made in advance or as per agreed invoice terms.
  • Ujodent reserves the right to pause work on pending payments.
  • No refunds once fabrication is complete or in progress.

🚚 6. Delivery & Turnaround Time

  • Average fabrication time: 48–72 working hours (standard cases)
  • Delivery via trusted courier/logistics partners
  • Ujodent is not liable for delivery delays caused by courier agencies or incorrect addresses

For urgent cases, dentists must pre-inform while placing the order.

🔁 7. Rework & Adjustments

We accept rework requests only if:

  • The issue is due to lab processing error (not impression fault)
  • The dentist reports the problem within 7 days of receiving the product
  • Supporting evidence (photos/videos) is provided

No rework will be entertained for improper impressions, unclear prescriptions, or non-standard scans.

📋 8. Responsibilities of the Dentist

By using our services, the dentist agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and complete clinical data
  • Use legally obtained scans, impressions, and patient records
  • Ensure that treatment planning and fitment is done under professional supervision
  • Not misuse or redistribute lab work or content of this website

  • Delay or damage in transit caused by third-party delivery partners
  • Errors arising from incomplete case submissions

Dentist assumes full clinical responsibility for final fitment and usage of the product.
